Area Director

After a 10 year career in youth retreat camping, Brian felt called by the Lord to pursue FCA staff.  The idea that coaches and athletes have tremendous INFLUENCE upon the lives of those around them really resonated with him, so FCA was a great fit. He has been serving with FCA since April of 2014. Over the past 10 years, the Lord has led Brian to hire and disciple 27+ college interns, launch an FCA Power Camp that boasts 300+ participants and has grown the staff and ministry presence in Cecil County in ways that can only point to a powerful and loving God. He and his wife Erin have three children Bohdan (18), Audrey (16) & Thatcher (14).

Ashley Noel

Area Representative - West Cecil County

It was Ashley’s twenty years of experience as a coach and mentor for youth and student athletes of all levels in the sport of swimming that originally attracted her to the ministry, its mission, values, and its purpose. As she, her husband Josh and her two children, Dylan (12) and Oakley (7), became hands-on involved in opportunities and educated further in the history and eternal impact of FCA, she felt an extremely strong connection between her personal gifts and life experiences and the Area Representative position. God has uniquely gifted and prepared her with a professional background in social work, education as well as those years as a sport coach herself. She and Josh are both former multi-sport student-athletes and are currently CrossFit enthusiasts. The kids are very active in both Rising Sun and Cecil County Sports. The entire family is beyond grateful for the FCA journey the Good Lord has sent them and anticipate with excitement the Kingdom building that will be accomplished in His name and for His glory because of it!

Erin Hamson

Ambassador - East Cecil County

Erin Hamson is a seasoned High school level coach and has a background in vocational youth ministry, sports ministry and camping ministry. Erin also served the Cecil County community by overseeing Drug Free Cecil Youth Coalition. She felt called to return to FCA staff and once again work with coaches and athletes.
Erin is also currently enrolled at Lancaster Bible College with a major in Ministry Leadership and a second major of Biblical Studies.

Andrew Cragg

Area Representative - Outdoors Ministry

My name is Andrew Cragg and I serve as an Area Representative for FCA Outdoors in Cecil County, MD. My wife Esther and I have been married since 2018. I have been involved in outdoors-focused programs for most of my life. Starting with Boy Scouts where I earned the rank of Eagle. In 2018, I started in ministry volunteering with FCA as medical staff at Power Camp and starting a Trail Life USA troop at my church. I have been blessed to serve in a wide range of roles from medical staff, archery coach, event director, skill instructor, and regional training staff. I enjoy travel, shooting sports, Taekwondo, and coffee.

Lori Griffitts

Administrative Assistant

Since 2014, Lori has served & supported Cecil County FCA as a Huddle Coach at a the Tome School, as a prayer partner, and as support staff at the Cecil County Power Camp. She has seen first-hand how the Lord is drawing young people to a deeper faith in Christ through the community that FCA provides. While not a competitive athlete herself, she has enjoying being a part of a local gym and has been cheering and supporting her children from those little league years all the way to competing collegiately.

Anna Rando

2024 Summer Intern

"I am a student athlete at McDaniel College and this will be my second summer interning with Cecil County FCA. Before I talk about everything I’m excited for in this coming summer, I find it necessary to talk about last summer and how God moved me in obedience in a way I had never felt. Letting God take control of my life wasn’t restricting, but freeing. Freeing in the way that showed me God can use any opportunity, person, or platform for His glory and to spread his word. Where you are willing, He is able. I had never been around so many people my age on fire for God, and I’ve been on fire ever since. God paved a way for me to bring FCA back to McDaniel and it has been a testimony in itself. As God puts it on your heart to support me, through funding, prayers, sending a message, or meeting up for coffee :) I just ask that you do so with intentions for this summer to turn lives around, and for God to move in His will in whatever we do. Again, where you are willing, He is able!"

Libby Gross

2024 Summer Intern

After serving as a Summer Intern in 2023, Libby’s life was completely transformed. She experienced the Lord in ways she never had before, and in a ministry that she was never involved in. She was apprehensive about the invitation God gave her but she continued to walk into it. Regardless of her inexperience and feelings of being unequipped, God proved to her just how He holds all things together and is a God we can trust. She was transformed by the work He did in her, and everyone else she served with. From watching elementary, middle, and high schoolers fall in love with Jesus, to creating friendships that turned into family bonds, she rested gratefully in knowing being an FCA summer intern was one of the most life-changing things she’s ever experienced. Because of what last summer was, there was no doubt in her mind to return for a second year. Libby is excited to serve in Cecil County again this summer and continue to watch the Lord transform herself and everyone around her.
Libby is a current sophomore at Towson University and is coaching volleyball at Premier Volleyball Club this winter/spring.

Isaac Lawson

2024 Summer Intern

Isaac is a first year Intern who is excited to serve and watch God move in many ways this summer. FCA has played a huge role in Isaac's life especially since 2020. He says the interns of that year made an impact on him that he will never forget. Through God and through FCA he is hoping to also impact others the way he was impacted. "I want to share the love of God the way it was shared with me."
