Pre-Season Training:  Strength & Conditioning

The reason for Ascent training is not just to train athletes. (Although we have a lot of fun doing that!) We care about the whole person. Young people need to be mentally tough to face life's challenges.


We believe that thriving athletes focus on developing their mind, their body and soul. At Ascent we train in all three dimensions.


No preregistration needed, drop in only. These workouts are offered for FREE thanks to some generous donors. CCPS Blue Cards will be on hand to complete for fist time attendees.


Typical Schedule:

8-8:15 - Welcome & Dynamic Stretch

8:15-9 - Strength, Agility, Speed, Power Workouts led by college athletes & FCA Staff

9-9:30 - Cool Down & Huddle Up (Discussions About Life & Faith of an Athlete)

9:30-10 - Game Time

First Week - June 20, 21 & 22

Perryville High: Tuesdays, 8-10AM
Calvert Park: Wednesdays, 8-10AM
Bo Manor High: Thursdays, 8-10AM
